What must the view look like from the penthouse of a skyscraper overlooking Dubai Marina? Personally, I’ll never know—first, because the property prices there are utterly unreachable, and second, because I prefer living a little more… grounded. Quite literally, closer to the earth. Two years ago, we were impressed by the announcement of the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower in Dubai, a 450-meter-high skyscraper with luxury residences that sold out almost instantly. With its first 30 floors already completed, the Aeternitas Tower is scheduled for delivery in 2027. Since that venture proved to be a resounding success, the partnership between Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller and real estate developer London Gate is returning in 2025 with an even more ambitious project: the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower. Construction of this new luxury residential complex will begin in the heart of Dubai Marina. Valued at 1.6 billion dirhams (around €372 million), its delivery is set for September 2027.
The Vanguard Tower is yet another example of Dubai’s booming trend in branded residences. According to Morgan’s 2024 report, such properties now account for 7.2% of all real estate transactions in the city, an impressive increase of nearly 50% compared to 2022.
The skyscraper will rise across 34 floors and host 722 luxury residences, ranging from spacious studios to three-bedroom apartments, all inspired by the elegance and design DNA of the Franck Muller Vanguard collection.
The residences will offer unobstructed views of Dubai Marina. Prices start at 1.25 million dirhams (about €290,000), introducing a new living experience that embodies aesthetics and precision, core elements of Franck Muller’s identity.
The Vanguard Tower will not only provide homes, but also a complete luxury lifestyle: state-of-the-art gyms, lavish swimming pools, relaxation areas, premium concierge services, and private access to secure parking.
