LVMH Watch Week 2025 – The New Models from HUBLOT

A strong and diverse lineup kicks off 2025 for Hublot, with a clear focus on the brand’s iconic Big Bang collection, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

To mark the occasion, Hublot has introduced ceramic Spirit of Big Bang models in new colors, downsized versions of the Big Bang Meca-10 equipped with a new movement, a stunning transparent green tourbillon, and an artistic creation dedicated to the Chinese Year of the Snake. What do they all have in common? They’re all skeletonized. Let’s take a closer look.

HUBLOT Spirit of Big Bang Ceramic

The Spirit of Big Bang collection is enriched with three new 42mm skeleton chronographs in ceramic cases — available in dark green, sky blue, and beige. Each version is limited to 200 pieces.

Inside is the HUB4700 automatic skeleton chronograph movement with a 50-hour power reserve, fully visible through sapphire crystals on both sides of the case.

The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Ceramic watches are water-resistant to 100 meters and paired with structured rubber straps in the case’s primary color, accented with black. Price: €28,500

HUBLOT Big Bang Meca-10

If you’ve been following Hublot, there’s no way you’ve missed the Big Bang Meca-10. The Swiss brand is known for its love of experimentation. Remember the Meccano sets we used to play with as kids—building and dismantling mechanical creations like airplanes, cars, cranes, motorcycles, bridges… anything a young engineer’s imagination could dream up in miniature form? Meccano sets used axles, wheels, gears, and their signature metal strips and plates with round holes. It was from this creative childhood toy that Hublot drew inspiration when it introduced the Big Bang Meca-10in 2016.

HUBLOT Big Bang Meca-10 Titanium, τιμή: €23.900

A key visual highlight is the double power reserve display: at 3 o’clock, a red dot appears through an aperture as the final two days of power wind down, while a numbered gear at 6 o’clock shows the remaining 1–10 days of energy reserve. The manually wound movement uses twin parallel barrels and a rack-driven display system.

HUBLOT Big Bang Meca-10 King Gold, τιμή: €44.500

Until now, Big Bang Meca-10 watches were 45mm in diameter. For 2025, Hublot has redesigned them in a smaller, more wearable 42mm case and fitted them with the new HUB1205 caliber.

HUBLOT Big Bang Meca-10 Frosted Carbon, τιμή: €28.500

This dynamic movement features three linear bridges with a satin finish that mirrors the case’s texture. Despite the size reduction, the 10-day power reserve remains, thanks to the twin mainsprings.

HUBLOT Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic Green Saxem

The Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic Green SAXEM features a transparent 44 mm case made from a single block of sapphire. More precisely, the material is called SAXEM (Sapphire Aluminium oXide and rare Earth Mineral), a composite of aluminum oxide—the primary component of sapphire—and rare earth elements such as thulium, holmium, and chromium. This alloy is extremely durable and offers even greater brilliance than traditional sapphire.
SAXEM is typically used in satellite and laser technology and is a unique high-tech material that Hublot first introduced in 2019 with the Big Bang MP-11, and again in 2023 with the Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic SAXEM Yellow Neon.

The Big Bang Tourbillon Automatic Green SAXEM is a limited edition of just 18 pieces, housing the MHUB6035 automatic movement with a micro-rotor and a 60-second tourbillon at 6 o’clock, entirely finished in black for a striking contrast.
Price: €241,000

HUBLOT Spirit of Big Bang Year Of The Snake

Closing the collection is a special edition honoring the Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac. The Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake is limited to 88 pieces and features a tonneau-shaped ceramic case. The screw-down bezel is embossed with a snake scale motif that continues onto the black rubber strap.

A gold snake slithers around the chronograph counters on the dial, with its head poised at 12 o’clock. It is powered by the HUB4700 skeleton automatic chronograph movement with a 50-hour power reserve. Price:€36,500
